Once our body adapts to this speed, we can then increase the BPM on our metronome a few clicks, and again do it perfectly for a long time, like 5 minutes. Set your goal to get up to 120BMP. I bet you within a short time, maybe 20-30 minutes you can be there, depending on your skill level.

Now, once you have mastered this simple lick and gone from slow to fast, from 0 to hero, grab some new riffs and do the exact same thing. Set a really slow starting rate, then increase it slowly, set a super high goal, and don't stop till you get there.

Don't set goals that are out of reach, we build on success, so choose a completely attainable goal and slowly increase it.

Sometimes you push yourself and the goal is not achievable right away, don't worry, just take frequent breaks and keep practicing, if you need, keep doing it for a few days, remember to begin slow, inch up the speed and begin where you quit the previous session, then start riffing again!
